Refund Policy

YourFundingBridge provides professional document preparation services. Because our work is custom-written for each client, our refund policy reflects the nature of that service. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Our Service Commitment

Every grant application and business plan we deliver is written from scratch based on your intake information. We include unlimited revisions with every order — meaning we will continue revising your document until you are satisfied with the final product. Our goal is to deliver a document you are confident submitting.

2. No Guarantee of Funding

YourFundingBridge is a document preparation service. We do not guarantee that any grant application, business plan, or other document we prepare will result in funding, approval, or any specific outcome. Funding decisions are made entirely by funders, investors, and lenders based on their own criteria and processes, which are outside our control.

Refund requests based solely on a funding rejection will not be honored. We prepare the best possible document — the funding decision is not ours to make.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:

  • Document not delivered: If we fail to deliver your document within 14 business days of receiving your completed intake form, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellation before work begins: If you cancel your order before we begin writing (typically within 24 hours of intake form submission), you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same order, the duplicate charge will be refunded immediately.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Grant application or business plan was rejected by a funder: Funding decisions are made by funders, not by us. A rejection does not indicate a deficiency in our document.
  • You provided inaccurate or incomplete intake information: Our documents are only as accurate as the information you provide. If inaccurate information results in a document that doesn't reflect your organization, we will revise it — but we cannot issue a refund.
  • You changed your mind about the project or funding goal: If your goals change after we've completed the document, we will revise the document to reflect your new direction — but we cannot issue a refund.
  • You were ineligible for the grant you applied for: You are responsible for confirming your eligibility with the funder before submitting. We write the document — eligibility verification is your responsibility.
  • Subscription fees after the billing period has begun: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
  • Fiscal Sponsor or Investor matching fees: Matching program fees are non-refundable once a match has been run, regardless of whether inquiries resulted in a sponsorship or investment.

5. Revision Policy

All orders include unlimited revisions. Before requesting a refund, we strongly encourage you to submit a revision request. We will revise your document as many times as needed until you are satisfied. Revision requests must be submitted within 90 days of document delivery.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide documentation of services rendered. We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback — most issues can be resolved quickly.
